I always have a good experience at Kona. We bring a lot of items to you and other than it taking a while to get all of my husband's shirts (not sure why they are packaged separately), the experience is always pleasant. Your staff is helpful and friendly.

After being a customer for many years, I think we want to take our business elsewhere because of an interaction with Carlos today. He has poor communication skills with customers and is unfortunate in this line of business.
This is what happened . My shorr and dress are in two different shades .. the pants and shirt were treated differently that I can even wear those . I don’t notice the color change at store as they were packed .. but my entire shirt seems there is color bleeding which didn’t happen for the pant

Good morning Ms. Uppal, I trust this message finds you well. We sincerely apologize for the color bleed that has occurred. As previously discussed when the garments were being processed, we did inform you of the potential risk, particularly with items manufactured overseas. While care tags may indicate dry cleaning, the overseas manufacturers may not be fully aware of the specific dry cleaning processes. We thoroughly explained these potential risks at the time, and you granted us approval to proceed.
Inconsistent operator, mismanages submitted clothing items and does not meet the promised deadlines they set for themselves nor will they provide a quality customer service experience to resolve the operator created issues.
We have used Kona Cleaners for over 10 years and, until recently, had generally positive experiences. In the past, when items were lost or damaged, they handled the situation professionally and took responsibility. Unfortunately, that level of customer service appears to be gone. We recently had a brand new custom sport coat cleaned — a very expensive jacket specially made for my 6’6” husband. A shame. The store manager who claims her name is Rosa was aggressive and condescending upon arrival. The issue is I was charged for a service I didn't request. Then when I called to let them know, a man rudely responded and tried to argue me down about a service I know I asked for. His anger was unnecessary given that he didn't spend his own money on the wrong service. He then abruptly says "you know what, come in" as if I wasn't going to do that anyway.
