we tried for months and multiple phone calls to get your company to not clip the sleeves on my husbands dress shiret as they come back fully creased and wrinkled in the front of the shire but the problem was never fixed so we cant use Kona anymore. sorry I really put alot of time and effort in helping your company fix this.
Good service on pick up and delivery. My reason for giving 4 versus 5 stars is that I requested heavy starch on my linens and shirts and I’d say the items all came back with the equivalent of light starch! Maybe it’s a boarding school thing but I want my sheets, pillow cases and cotton shirts STARCHED! This isn’t cheap so I expect perfection.
Fast and on time! Not even 24 hours for a clean pressed suit and good prices! $
I brought in coral pants with stains. Most of the stains are put. I did not know if the fabric wpuld fade but I thought it would so now I have a lighter coral / pink pants. Glad the stains sre gone so I can wear them again.
Half of my order was not delivered even if it says it was. I called to ask where my other shirts were, I was told that they would call me back but never did. I’m a new customer and if this is the way things are going to be, lost clothing, no call backs, then I might have to find another cleaner. Not cool Kona, not cool.
Several calls and messages left. No one answers the phone, None returned. Have only had our dry cleaning bag picked up once since we signed up. It sits there all day getting rained on or bugs. Ive called to make sure it gets picked up, I get an email confirmation then pick up never happens. Please refund our credit card and delete our account.
I was given the wrong price of my bill when I called. In the person who answer the phone did not callback to give me the correct price. Then when I walked into the cleaners . The person working the counter did not acknowledge me I had to ask her if she could help me!
My first time there, my order cost me $115.00. I do a lot of dry cleaning and have never spent $115.00 dollars on any of my large dry cleaning orders. My 2nd order was a lot less, which makes me wonder why. After I pick up my 2nd order I will not come back. Service was fine and business area was clean.
I dropped my uniforms off at the cleaners. When I did I attempted to pay. I was told they take payment at pickup. They completed my clothes by the next day but I could not pickup for a few days. When I picked up I provided a coupon for 25% but I was told I could not use it because I did not provide it at drop off. Now how the heck am I supposed to know that if you don’t tell me or have it on the coupon? I tried to pay at drop off. Disappointing. All in all the service was fast but I got gypt on price.
