I went to pick up my clothes and there was a fine black dust all over all of my pickups. It was on the plastic wrap and on some shirts and got all over my hands and the person assisting me. It even got on my car. The only offer of recompense was to redo the shirts that had it on it directly. This happened after you closed the location I'd been frequenting and changed hours with no notification during the last week and lost multiple orders that had to be tracked down.

Hi there, Oscar from Orange County was very helful when I ask him for the delivery of my items to my place. I paid for my items and wait until the delivery tomorrow morning, tursday, November 23rd, 2021. Also, thanks to Dave and your staff for keeping my items for 20 months. I do not know if it was Oscarr or Oscar RAMIREZ who helped me tough ! Sincerely. Thierry VONGEY

The job was to dry clean two, cotton curtain panels. They came back with rust stains. While you were redoing them, I discovered I could buy new curtains for less than I was charged ($60.00!) to clean these panels. So, I bought new curtains. A $60.00 charge to clean two curtain panels was certainly not a good value.

I sent a beige quilted designer jacket and it appears that it was washed instead of dry cleaned. Not happy

I had my linen drapes in for dry-cleaning. They were not accordianed properly - the panels did not fall right and they were wrinkly by the time I got them off the hangers because they were folded very sloppily. and there were still very obvious stains that had not been touched.

I applied this $20 coupon to my account but didn't get it. Just another "bait and switch".

Bernardettec is always great. However, one of my paisley short Garments had a belt with the exact same fabric that has been lost. It is unwearable without the belt. I just bought these from Bloomingdale’s recently for a Trip, went to pack the freshly pressed clothing & noticed it was missing. I did reach out on Monday and am still waiting on a call back if this piece has been found or not found.
