These coupons never gets loaded onto my account! Also I keep updating my location but it keeps adding me to Santa Ana. I’ve never lived or used any of Orange County’s locations. You app/account system is horrible!!!

I see that you haven't used us since June of last year and that the $10 off coupon applied to your order as well as a pants special. 2 weeks behind on alterations??? Maybe need more staff on that area. No great coming in with very subtle hello compare to next customer, and when I ask how long will it take . She didn’t even check , just said 2 weeks !

We are aware of the problem we have with the time alterations are taking to be done, unfortunately we are having hard time finding seamstress/tailors because this type of work needs special skills. We are doing our best to solve the problem. Hopefully next time you don’t have to wait that long.

Horrible customer service, Jacket was not cleaned good, stains were not removed, rude worker, took extra money for no reason, I asked for the manager to call me so I can get a refund, never got a call from the manager and I never got a refund and they gave me my jacket uncleared, Horrible Place,

Upon drop off, you were advised that it was possible that the stains wouldn't not come out. We do charge for services performed, especially if we advise of the possibility of the work not coming out to your liking. Just picked up my work uniforms and the name tag stitching is pulling off. These arw brand new and only the second time I have dry cleaned them. Both times have been by Kona. I have photo's.

I dropped off 14 shirts for ironing only, they used to charge me 2.80 ea, so I asked the lady 3 times(her name is Ana) if they were going to charge me the same and she said yes the 3 times after checking the barcodes on 4 different shirts, 15 minutes later she calls saying that they cannot charge that price and the new price would be 5.20, I got really upset because I asked her THREE times, the least she could have done was honored the price for this time but she and the other lady with blue hair were super rude and couldn’t... read more

Hello, I am sorry you didn't have a great experience. Ana was wrong in saying yes to the original cost. A laundered shirt is pressed wet and must have been washed prior to pressing so that it does not end up wrinkled. We are unable to process these in the way you requested and our staff has been alerted about that but Ana didn't receive the memo. You are an amazing cleaner but I did not like how you have the fish tank inside the location on 17th St. In Costa Mesa because one of the fish especially is way too large for that tank and they all look unhappy like they are looking for a way out of the tank if you watch them. They are not living a happy existence, and when I asked one of your coworkers about it, she said this was not the first time customers have brought this up.
