stain was still on jacket even after paying for premium cleaning

My last visits you surprised me with your price adjustment you didn’t tell me when I brought my wife clothings I paid $37 for just 3 pcs s sweaters and 1 blazer.I am not going back there anymore fir that reason I live in Orange and work Monday to Friday in this area.

Used app”on my way” and “here”. Wasn’t on rack, wasn’t ready. Same with person in front of me. Same excuse….didn’t get it. Clerk was alone, unhappy customer on phone and I waited awhile.

The worst service I've ever experienced. Their Eastvale limonite store damaged my Burberry coat. The entire painting all peeled off, The coat can't be wearing anymore. Their stuff were rude. All they trying to do was absolving themselves from responsibility. Please imagine that your cloth ruined by a laundry store during cleaning then you're told that you have to ask the clothing brand what to do with this, they're not responsible for the damage, because the manufacture didn't make this cloth right!!!!!!

Just spoke with Karla the area manager to follow up with who called me to open my gate at 9:58pm. Karla stated that the male delivery driver by the name of Kevin gave a woman who was ahead of him at the gate my gate code. This woman called my phone to open the gate and who also knew I had two comforters picked up does not work for them. Karla also stated that Kevin explained to her that there was a car in front of him trying to access the gate and that is why he gave her my gate code. This is a follow up from my last review. My items were picked up successfully. I received a text message with great customer service. A young lady called asking that I let her in the gate and announced that she was from kona cleaners. She was a little rough in asking but I let her in the gate. Later this evening someone called my phone asking me to open the gate at 9:58pm stating they were from Kona cleaners and they were here earlier picking up my comforter. Hello Shay, I can guarantee that nobody in our company called you at that time. Our work cell phone is kept in-store after hours and nobody was there during that hour. It is clear that our pick up and delivery service is not the right fit for you. We believe that it is best for both you and us if we no longer offer you that service. We will transfer the current order to the store at Limonite that you have stated you have had a good experience so that you may pick up from there when it's ready.

ed using the delivery service and truly disappointed in the customer service as well as whoever handles feedback from reviews. I called to gain clarification on the delivery service as I usually drop my items off at the location on Limonite. Upon calling the location on Archibald, I had a horrible experience on the phone with Jordan. Called about a first time pick up and the gentleman was very short, tried to rush me off the phone by telling me he would call me back after he asked his supervisor if I’m in their route. I insisted that he place me on hold to ask as I’m in need for a pick up. He agreed rudely to place me on hold only to return to say his supervisor will call me back.
