I think you guys are way too expensive. Even more so in today's economic climate. But I'll still go because its near to my work place and because of the next day readiness. But if it gets too expensive then I will reconsider to another cleaner and sacrifice the distance and waiting time. Thank you.

I was very upset when I picked up my laundry pieces from your Fontana office last Friday, March 21.I was being charged more than what I was advised about, and when I brought this to the attention of Marcus at the time the cashier he said that I was being charged for an additional piece that was issued a separate receipt. First time there. When dropping off it did not give me estimate on how much it would be. Was surprised at the price when I went to pick up. Would have not chose to drop off if I knew how much in the beginning.

I took in 2 pairs of softball pants to be altered because they were too big .. I previously took in a pair of jeans to be hemmed and they did a great job but as I dropped off the softball pants I get my receipt and the lady says 100$.. now I didn’t want to say anything right there but thinking how they cost about 60$ brand new I really wanted to just cancel the whole order completely but I called the next day and told them I was going to pick up one of the pants and so I did came home and sewed them myself!..
