Good customer service is a itemized breakdown in pricing for service alteration for a pair of pants dry cleaning for a pair pants so the customer knows precisely what they’re paying for !!

Didn't show up twice. The first time I called, still no show. Then 2-3 Weeks later . Again I Made another appointment, it was an nother confirmed one, No show.

Over charged, messed up my tie. And shirts came back wrinkled. Trash. Not going back.

I have received an email that my account is past due. I have not put any dry cleaning to you for months and pay at the time of collection. I have been out of the country since Dec 31 st.

stain was still on jacket even after paying for premium cleaning
