Disregard the previous message. Drive came at 5:30 - a new time for him
I asked you to put some of my shirts in a box. You didn't I asked to put my shirts in separate bags You didn't You jammed them all together in bags so I had to go through and separate my shirts from my son's I asked you not to put them in white bags so I can't see the shirt color You didn't The main reason I am not using your service any longer is because of the white bags, instead of the clear ones you used before
New employees have horrible customer service. Being busy does not justify being rude. It should be a good thing, job security. Music loud enough to drown me out. I had a question and "manager" was so rude. I advised him I would be taking my clothes elsewhere due to his bad attitude. He proceeded to "accidentally" throw my clothes on floor. I did not want his assistance in picking my clothes up. He was rude and without a care.
New staff has horrible customer service. I'm a regular customer and find myself having to change dry cleaners. Dropped off uniforms, rep said there's no same day and rude because their busy. On day of pickup gentlemen had music blasting and I had to yell my info. I asked if he was upset and he mentioned it's busy. Busy makes me happy its job security. I told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere and he " accidentally" dropped my items on floor. Worst service I've experienced there.
I won’t be returning to this cleaners again. Had some alterations done and the old creases weren’t even pressed out, had to bring my pants back couple times with still the same issues after getting them back..
I have put in writing and called 4 times, that I want my cleaning dropped off and picked up on Thursday only - I am still getting delivery of drop off on Mondays. I need the location i.e. store and phone number, my clothes is taken so I can call if there is a problem. Finally, I have asked that my pants be folded over a hanger. I never get customer service on X501.
Disappointing experience bringing in my Coast Guard Tropical Blue uniform. There’s a sticker on the door that says “free military uniform cleaning,” but when I picked it up, the lady working there, Bertha, did not understand that this is in fact a military uniform- one of many different kinds - and charged me at pickup. First, her English was not very good and she was insisting that it is a “police uniform” (probably because it is blue) even though I told her many times that this is a military uniform like the one in the pi... read more
I nearly cried when your man replied Two weeks sir and that's time enough If you still want shortening on them two cuffs Seven days saved by doing just one But a flood and a fold-up is a work half done So cut and stitch and have your way And I'll return and retrieve on that distant day ( Unless I forget, change size, or just expire)
First time coming to Kona. Prices are outrageous and I have a new hole in my linen shirt. Very unhappy.
