I've been on the route for a while. Almost always send out something. A few weeks ago, my purple bag wasn't delivered with my dry cleaning return. I visited in person to drop-off and told them. I called and asked for a new bag. Then, I visited again in person to ask for a purple bag. Still haven't received one. So, I guess I need to find a new drycleaner.

Maria Employee and Karla the Manager have bad passive aggressive customer relationships. Don’t go here Eastvale Kona locations. Never have experienced this before with any company. Read Yelp reviews. High employee turnaround and poor Public Relations.

Hello, I am sorry that you viewed my attempts to resolve the situation differently than how I was intending. I tried my best to explain things and make things right and am unsure what more I could have done. Our general manager has been made aware of all our recent interactions across all formats.
Price. Service at the store has always been exceptional. The actual dry cleaning has been sub par. The price is Astronomical. I’d like to continue my patronage but won’t if this is the trend.
I signed up for pickup for the 22nd. Between 8 and 4pm. No one showed up or even called to say they were not coming. Please remove me from your mailing list. Thank you.

You opt in for the pick up the day before so that the morning of service, you are on our list of customers to visit for the day. Hello Joel, I can understand the frustration you feel in hearing the response that this happening to your suit jacket is due to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this is definitely something caused by the lining that is used inside of the fabric and the lining. There is an insert that tends to bubble. I’ve always liked it here. Never had issues or complaints. Today, I told them my uniform was turned in dirty to me. Keep in mind it happened 3 times already but I let it be. I was told to sign a waiver and there’s nothing that can be done. The uniform had food stuck to it. Not a stain. Dry food. I was able to take off most of it myself with my fingernail. Anyways it’s the first time I was disappointed and it was only the response that bothered me.

We usually do request that when you have soiled garments that you allow us to process them with 2 day service- this allows for us to catch stains and redo it while it's still at our facility. Your garment has a note in all caps that it needs to be rushed. I tried the fluff and fold service with the understanding that the items will be starched and ironed as part of the service. They were not. That’s false advertising. I donot appreciate the dishonesty. This was at the YL and Fairmont Blvd. location. In Yorba linda.

I have been a consistent customer of Kona Cleaners for the past 2 years. We have provided a lot of business while we have been customers and I am disappointed the way our latest cleaning was handled.
