I use your Richfield Street location, and the staff there, especially Jessica and Angelina are unfailingly pleasant, and effective. Clothes are done when promised (usually early), and the ladies make it an enjoyable experience. It would be difficult to find a way to improve! And yes, I have referred others.
KONA, always on time organized, and efficient. Maria at the Orange location knows me and remembers what I like. Kona is not the closest dry cleaner to my home, but worth the extra drive for great service.
