Love coming here! They get to know you by name! Clothing ready the next day! They clean everything from leather to towels to rugs. This is my forever dry cleaners!
I wrote you a while ago about the very poor quality of my last order picked up. shirts & pants more wrinkled then when I dropped off And of course I paid way to much for the sub-par quality for too long
The assistants at the cleaners were fine. It's the pricing that is crazy. Way too expensive. I brought in a women's simple blouse and sweater. When I picked it up, the cost was $16.05 for 2 simple items! That's $8.00 each item. I won't be returning.
You damaged a piece of my clothes and refused to do anything about it
Terrible experience with them closing a location, losing clothes, going to pick up clothes and they were all covered in a fine dust that got all over my hands and the person helping me and they acted like it wasn't a big deal.
Very dissapointed by alterations performed by your tailor. This is the second time that your tailor doesn't do a good job.
After my delivery I will no longer use Kona
I went to pick up my clothes and there was a fine black dust all over all of my pickups. It was on the plastic wrap and on some shirts and got all over my hands and the person assisting me. It even got on my car. The only offer of recompense was to redo the shirts that had it on it directly. This happened after you closed the location I'd been frequenting and changed hours with no notification during the last week and lost multiple orders that had to be tracked down.
Hi there, Oscar from Orange County was very helful when I ask him for the delivery of my items to my place. I paid for my items and wait until the delivery tomorrow morning, tursday, November 23rd, 2021. Also, thanks to Dave and your staff for keeping my items for 20 months.
