I picked up my order today and somebody replaced the buttons on my dress. I had not been notified that there was an issue with the buttons nor that they would be replaced. The replacement buttons are not the same as the ones I had on the dress. I had gone to a specialty notions store in Fullerton to find the exact buttons for this dress and was extremely disappointed that they had been replaced with something different. Pricing upfront was unclear. The wash and fold prices were not explained clearly, I thought it was by the lb. not clear that first 10 lbs is a fixed price. Would have been helpful to know. Service was fine, clothes done well.

I wish I read reviews before going to this horrible place. I brought two of my chefs coats for work to get them cleaned and starched. I brought them in at 12 PM. I need a big coats by 10 AM the next morning, and they told me that they could rush them. I left and then received a text at 3:30 PM saying that the coats were ready. I refused to pay for this when I saw that the stuffing in this item was all bunched together after it was cleaned! I told the man who showed it to me after it was cleaned that it didn't cost as much as the dry cleaning was going to cost! Will you PLEASE STOP sending me these emails! I do not want the comforter anymore! Throw it away!! PLEASE...PLEASE!!

FIRST and LAST time customer. On Saturday morning I brought in a brand new jumpsuit that I had accidentally damaged the zipper on. I had removed the damaged zipper and bought another one exactly the same to just have it sewed on. I explained to the seamstress what I needed and she said it would be ready for pick up Tuesday morning. When I went to pick up the comforter.. the price of dry cleaning was MORE than the price of the item!! After being cleaned the comforter was lumpy and unusable.. so I REFUSED the item and told the gentleman to "keep it" I don't want it and I am NOT going to pay for something that is ruined!! How many times do I have to tell you this?? PLEASE keep the comforter that you destroyed!! And STOP pestering me!!

Didn't get the stain out and was told when I dropped it off that it didn't look like it would be difficult to remove stain...dress looks laundered not dry cleaned...

The price of cleaning this comforter was more than I paid for it! I told the man who waited on me to keep it.. I will buy a new one for less money.

I had come to you guys for a few months and everything was great. I have custom fitted shirts due to my size which cost me a lot. I had a blue checkered shirt that was left with a brown fade all over the shirt and it was ruined. The shirt was $120 and i did not get a reimbursement :( Everything up to this point was wonderful.
