Price. Service at the store has always been exceptional. The actual dry cleaning has been sub par. The price is Astronomical. I’d like to continue my patronage but won’t if this is the trend.

You are an amazing cleaner but I did not like how you have the fish tank inside the location on 17th St. In Costa Mesa because one of the fish especially is way too large for that tank and they all look unhappy like they are looking for a way out of the tank if you watch them. They are not living a happy existence, and when I asked one of your coworkers about it, she said this was not the first time customers have brought this up. I have elected to NOT provide a credit card for Kona Cleaners to hold and charge. I am not comfortable leaving that information on file for recurring billing. As such, even though I have been a delivery client of Kona for quite a few years - that service is no longer available to me. I will likely continue to used Kona as a 'pick-up' client until i locate another delivery cleaning service.

Sorry Love your service, very happy with that But hate the white bags you are using I can't see the clothes thru the bags I have been switching them for clear bags, but it is just too much trouble I am switching to a cleaner who uses clear bags Bye

I usually enjoy dropping off at Kona Cleaners on 17th Street. Efficient, friendly service is the norm. I dropped on on Weds, 8/4, around 5:30pm and did not have a good experience. I truly feel for businesses that are short staffed, but I am writing because I am still bothered. The person helping me was the only one there, aside from Mr. Lee, the tailor. I started taking my pieces out of my green bag and he asked how many I had. I said I needed to count and he motioned me to go faster and said they were very busy. He w... read more

Armandor was quite possibly the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. On 4/8 he told me I could go do business at another dry cleaners if I didn’t like his attitude and that is exactly what my partner Worth Houghton and I did.

I wrote you a while ago about the very poor quality of my last order picked up. shirts & pants more wrinkled then when I dropped off And of course I paid way to much for the sub-par quality for too long

Terrible experience with them closing a location, losing clothes, going to pick up clothes and they were all covered in a fine dust that got all over my hands and the person helping me and they acted like it wasn't a big deal.
