Kona Cleaners is always far too EXPENSIVE but this time they ruined a dress I brought in! There was a wire that ran thru the top of the dress for support but it was completely gone and no one said one thing to me and they charged me $15.30 for the “cleaning” of the dress…
Very expensive, they keep raising prices.
Prices have increased so much I can no longer afford your services. Two twin bed size, thin quilts were $60.00. I should have asked what your price would be before I left the quilts. Costly lesson for me.
Price. Service at the store has always been exceptional. The actual dry cleaning has been sub par. The price is Astronomical. I’d like to continue my patronage but won’t if this is the trend.

You are an amazing cleaner but I did not like how you have the fish tank inside the location on 17th St. In Costa Mesa because one of the fish especially is way too large for that tank and they all look unhappy like they are looking for a way out of the tank if you watch them. They are not living a happy existence, and when I asked one of your coworkers about it, she said this was not the first time customers have brought this up. I have elected to NOT provide a credit card for Kona Cleaners to hold and charge. I am not comfortable leaving that information on file for recurring billing. As such, even though I have been a delivery client of Kona for quite a few years - that service is no longer available to me. I will likely continue to used Kona as a 'pick-up' client until i locate another delivery cleaning service.
Sorry Love your service, very happy with that But hate the white bags you are using I can't see the clothes thru the bags I have been switching them for clear bags, but it is just too much trouble I am switching to a cleaner who uses clear bags Bye
