I have been a loyal customer for over a year. Called a few days ago for laundry pickup. Was passed off. In a very rude manner. By a few people. It was as if they were too busy for me. I even thought something is wrong w my laundry! Called two days later. Spoke to sandy. You’ve lost a customer. Too late. You attempt to rectify it days later. Too late.

I paid $24 for one item. I will no longer use you as my dry cleaner. This is outradious. I would have complained in person but i had a friend pick up for me. It was a jump suite made out of jean material. I am beyond disappointed. I’ve Been coming to you for years.

I brought in a tie to be cleaned and to have a spot removed. Two days later I was charged $7.95 but the spot had not been removed. It was obvious that no one at Kona Cleaners had looked at the tie before putting it on a hanger and handing it back to me.

Shirts are wrinkled. Even with light starch. Took farmers back they said I would have to come back tomspeak with manager.

I hope to hear from you before the Saris are cleaned. I did not get an exact amount that would be charged and was told I would receive a text as to how much they would cost. I dropped off 6 saris. I do not see that there is a receipt number, I dropped them off on Friday, Jan 11 around 2:00 and am supposed to pick them up on Tuesday,m Jan 15 after 5 pm. Thank you! The 12 pieces include 6 saris with a blouse for each.

I asked to get my dressed hemmed from the bottom only. I went in the store and we measured only the bottom. We agreed to cut several inches from the BOTTOM; however when I went to wear the dress for my event I noticed the woman cut the straps and shortened them as well. I did not request her to touch the top of the dress. This is extremely frustrating because i couldnt wear the dress for my event.

Price waaaaaay to high for simple dry clean... And you prices are clearly displayed anywhere in the store or online
