I was told my clothes would be ready by noon on Saturday. When I arrived, there was no parking anywhere. I parked around the corner and walked 5 minutes to get to the store. From there, I waited at least 10 minutes to be helped. I was then told that the clothes are never ready by noon on Saturday and wouldn't be there until at least 2 pm, which means I was completely misinformed. Therefore, I didn't have a shirt to wear Saturday night like I had planned. Unfortunately I will not be using Kona again.
I asked for a bag for a cashmere sweater....I don't like sticky hangers. Thought the memo on the order was clear... Got my sweater back on a hanger. Wow! Asked Vivian to delete my name from the computer...not coming back! I have received 3 emails since then...including this one... Will not be back...no exceptions. Please agree and understand...
Very expencive. Will be looking for a new cleaning service as kona cleaners are very over priced.
Wow! Didn't know that cleaning these rugs would cost MORE than I paid for them!! I think you should give an estimate when the price of laundering a rug is SO much!! I am quite disappointed in the amount due.. for sure!! Had I known.. I would have just tossed them away and bought new ones! Actually, don't know if I even want to pick them up now!
Dry cleaning of suits has not been of good quality. Laundered shirts are done well.
Good service, somewhat friendly staff, didn't feel like my clothing was cleaned as thoroughly as requested. One piece they happily re-cleaned because stain was not taken care of the first time.
Customer service is terrible. I dropped off a dress to be fixed, as it had a slight snag, and cleaned. They did not repair the snag and cleaned it anyhow. The snag unraveled even further and the dress is now ruined. Management is a joke. I never received a call back to address the issue. Just poor business practice all around. I will not be doing any further business with this establishment and will spread the word about this business.
Starch not applied at all (Medium) for my order. Working with customer service to redo the order.
No stars. Terrible, terrible experience. The specialty costume was badly damaged. Kona is attempting to fix it but it is one of a kind and damaged by someone who didn't know what they were doing. I was told it was hand cleaned when in picked it up. Bull!! Later I was told it should have been turned inside out. Either way....
