The tone of voice when the girl greets you sounds rude. Customer need to be more professional like, “hi how can I help you” And when I ask for a receipt the girl print it out and just toss it on the counter. I find that very rude. It should go like...”sure mame I can print you out the receipt, but instead they was no response and just tossing the receipt on the counter is a slap in the customers face!

$13.10 to clean a windbreaker first and last time visit overpriced! Great service but priced too high just my opinion windbreaker should be in between 7 to 10 dollars to clean.

IM SO BUMMED. I had two bags of laundry and asked that all the contents of one of the bags be hung to dry because they can’t go in a dryer of any kind and the people were so nice and looked into it and the guy said yeah ok we can hang those up. So I thought, cool. BUTTT I guess they didn’t keep the clothes separated because they dried ALL my pants in a dryer, which were all put in the please-hang-dry trash bag. On multiple occasions, spots were not cleaned from our clothing. Each was obvious and should have been cleaned. Some required another trip to have them cleaned; in the meantime the shirts or other clothing weren’t available to be worn when expected. On a positive note, the items were then cleaned properly.

I don’t think you should charge the same for a long dress $13.95 as for a child’s shirt dress. Also why is a men’s shirt $3.95 and a women’s shirt $7.95?

Poor customer service. Was so excited to find a green cleaner with extended hours but the customer service was terrible and my suit came back with an odd smell and while pressed it doesn’t appear that it was actually cleaned.

Asked the top customer service Dianne, and called two stores. Asked if I could have fragrance free. Also asked the price. Price quoted to me was 30 dollars for a queen comforter. I asked about fragrance and was told your soap had no fragrance. I’m chemically sensitive. I opened the bag and sniffed and my comforter is ruined. It is HIGHLY FRAGRANCED!!! I would like my money back please.
