I don’t think you should charge the same for a long dress $13.95 as for a child’s shirt dress. Also why is a men’s shirt $3.95 and a women’s shirt $7.95?

Poor customer service. Was so excited to find a green cleaner with extended hours but the customer service was terrible and my suit came back with an odd smell and while pressed it doesn’t appear that it was actually cleaned.

Asked the top customer service Dianne, and called two stores. Asked if I could have fragrance free. Also asked the price. Price quoted to me was 30 dollars for a queen comforter. I asked about fragrance and was told your soap had no fragrance. I’m chemically sensitive. I opened the bag and sniffed and my comforter is ruined. It is HIGHLY FRAGRANCED!!! I would like my money back please.

Upon dropping off my clothes, I politely requested that my French cuff shirt be cuffed with the complimentary cuffs Kona provided in the past. The young lady said she would see to it. When I picked up my shirt however, my simple service request had not been completed. When I made note of it to the cashier, she flipped an attitude. But I’m the one paying $14.00 for a single shirt and a pair of slacks. If anyone should have an attitude, it’s the paying customer. You guys have to get better! I don’t even know where to start. But beware of the guy in alterations that doesn’t speak English. A totally nightmare.

The girl who helped me was new - and she barely spoke to me and only spoke to other employee and was not paying attention to my order. She had to rewind the rack because she wasn’t paying attention

I brought in a queen cotton duvet cover to be pressed only and when I went to pick it up I was extremely upset that you charged $45 plus!!!! I have taken it to several other cleaners and no one has charged more than $25 I will never return and will be sure to let my friends know the ridiculous fees!
