Get directionsI thought the service was fine and the clothes came out fine, but you are just too expensive.
What a great experience. I really needed something to be cleaned and I called your place and was told it would be no problem. It was 12:30 in the afternoon and Jerry said "just come on in and let the person know that he said it was ok". When I showed up at 1pm, they said "let me check" and then I told them that Jerry said it was ok and they immediately took my order for that day and then made it happen. The word "Jerry" is the magic word. I should of asked for him to thank him but I didn't. So this is my thank you to Jerry f... read more
I felt the cost of the dry cleaning was significantly higher than what I have paid at other locations. Even with the $10 off I still paid $17 for only three jackets to be cleaned.
A nice man came over to our house even though we do have a "no soliciting" sign, and although it was inconvenient during out infant's bath time, he explained some specials and to come on by. He was nice enough, as normally I would not be as accommodating since our door mat does say "GO AWAY", and the super obvious "NO SOLICITING" SIGN?!?! So I went to your establishment and found out it would be $49 FREEKING DOLLARS, AND THREE DAYS, to wash a sin... read more
Way over priced!!!! $85 for dry cleaning is more than I have ever paid in my life for a few shirts and sundresses. Won't be back again.
Dropped my items off to Newport location. Went to pick up and was told upon arriving that my clothes were at the Costa Mesa laundrette. No apologies financial or vocal were offered! Had to go and collect them myself. Won't be using Kona again.
I love Kona Cleaners. Next day service, same day if dropped of by 9. Text & email alerts that my order is done. Great friendly staff, fair prices, no tags stapled clipped or pinned to my clothes. Now the bad...I moved to South County and there's not a location here. They've ruined me for other cleaners
I moved to Los Angeles.
The experience was fine but $7 per piece of clothing is too expensive. For 10 items, it would have cost me $70. My clothes aren't even worth $70.
Kona Cleaners has a 4.4 star rating with 1,531 reviews.
Kona Cleaners is open now. It is open 24/7.
