Shredded a shirt (during the cleaning process) on my second visit. But beyond that incident - Items came back either wrinkled right off the hanger or with so much starch they stood up on their own. No one seemed to care.

I've emailed the store 2 weeks ago and have yet to be contacted by anyone to resolve my issue. I dropped off a shirt to be stitched due to a tear and i asked if they can make the stitch as small as possible. When i received the shirt back it seems like no effort was made to make the tear as minimal as possible. now it actually creates more attention since the stitching is in a huge bundle and other tailors that i have shown have said this was a poorly done job. I am really upset that no one took the time to look at the finis... read more

Everything was just way too expensive for the work done. Great place but I just felt the prices were unnecessarily high

Fine. Cost more then I thought it would. I don't get much dry cleaned.

I dropped off 8 garments and asked the cashier for pricing. She handed me a booklet with pricing and circles my type of clothes with a prices ranging of $9-$10.00. A day later I got an email with a bill of $230.00. My advise is to give a ticket up front showing prices to avoid this type of situations. Extremely upset, if I knew that they were going to charge me $60.00-$80.00 for three of them, I wouldn't leave them.

The delivery would seem to be convenient but upon returns they don’t knock on the door and instead place the hangers on the door knob if there is not a hook. This then becomes problematic to open the door. I have complained a couple of times about this and no change in practice.

Too expensive. 14 items cost me $79 when other places charge me $45.

I have been a customer of Kona cleaners for close to 18 years. And you still can get it right, regarding how we want our jeans, pants, etc pressed. I’ve returned things to get them repressed & you charge me extra. You really need help! I’ve threatened to change cleaners, I just need to do it. I pray that every times my clothes come back they’ll be done right. Who am I kidding. Maybe 2019 I’ll make the change, to bad!!!!

I provide an MVP card with my pick-up bag. Every billing, Kona never gives me the credit. I have to call to have it reflected on my bill. Annoying.
