Consistently find dirt/grease/residue on the collar of shirts from the hangers. There are creases left in the collars. Paying for a dry cleaning service just to make a return trip and get it fixed, defeats the purpose. This is not the first time I will have to come back and ask for the collar(s) to be cleaned.

I brought in a beanie to be dry cleaned and I picked it up this morning and paid $10 and change, which was more expensive than a pair of pants to dry clean. When I got home and looked at the beanie, it had debris in the fabric and it was stretched out. Not what I expected at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off uniforms and requested specifically military press and the “v” on the collar. They got it right the first time but the second time it was a mess and I only got four shirts back instead of five. I asked the male employee to have them fixed at the time of pick up since I needed them for work and would not be able to leave them and pick them up Monday. I've been on the route for a while. Almost always send out something. A few weeks ago, my purple bag wasn't delivered with my dry cleaning return. I visited in person to drop-off and told them. I called and asked for a new bag. Then, I visited again in person to ask for a purple bag. Still haven't received one. So, I guess I need to find a new drycleaner.

I will not use your cleaner, you have failed to accommodate my needs. I called you twice about missing my pick up and your manager was fine with losing my business. You are not the only cleaners in town and I will give my business to someone else. Myrna Halter

Our driver stops at your address around 10:30am every time you requested a pickup, and he leaves with empty hands. What can we do to serve you better? 2 weeks behind on alterations??? Maybe need more staff on that area. No great coming in with very subtle hello compare to next customer, and when I ask how long will it take . She didn’t even check , just said 2 weeks !

We are aware of the problem we have with the time alterations are taking to be done, unfortunately we are having hard time finding seamstress/tailors because this type of work needs special skills. Turned in Army ASU for dry cleaning and Rank removal + New rank sewn on Coat. Had to ask for previous rank back or else they automatically assumed I didn’t want it back. When I received ASU Coat back, missing a button and they asked if I could come back the next day because they didn’t know what happened to it. Took about 20 mins for them to recover my button but possibly could have never been recovered if I didn’t insist.
