I have been a customer of Kona cleaners for close to 18 years. And you still can get it right, regarding how we want our jeans, pants, etc pressed. I’ve returned things to get them repressed & you charge me extra. You really need help! I’ve threatened to change cleaners, I just need to do it. I pray that every times my clothes come back they’ll be done right. Who am I kidding. Maybe 2019 I’ll make the change, to bad!!!!

I provide an MVP card with my pick-up bag. Every billing, Kona never gives me the credit. I have to call to have it reflected on my bill. Annoying.

I’ve been using Kona for a few months now. In that time we have returned 5 or more things that have not been cleaned well and still had spots or were poorly pressed or ruined. We send them back again and get it resolved but it takes a toll on the clothing and we need to wait another cycle to get it back.

Ok most of the time. Has washed a few silk items that should have been dry cleaned and has delivered a few items to the wrong home. Fortunately they found them.

I had 6 shirts I dropped off and said wanted them laundered, lady said ok I go pick and it 22 dollars because one was golf shirt and one was had to be dry cleaned and 2 were 1/4 zip over shirts. And I had coupon for 25% off. I thought it would be under 10 bucks.

I thought I would try a big company vrs the mom and pop stores. I took several items , I pointed out a spot on my evening dress to the girl that took my order. I picked up my items but the first thing I check was if spot was gone. I pointed spot to the Olivia and she asked if I wanted to leave it so they could try to remove it. I had my scrub tops hemmed. I got them on the day that was promised they would be done but the hemming on the back is uneven and some areas are even over an inch shorter compared to the front. Also I think I mentioned it when I came in, maybe I should have made it more clear, but the pockets in the front are so small because it wasn’t adjusted and moved up before hemming so they ended up like half of the original pocket size. I’m not happy with the results.

I brought in a brand new pair of white pants to be hemmed. I researched places on yelp hoping to get the best service even if it cost a little more because I got these pants for a really important trip. They were returned to me with beige stains all over. I had to take them back. The girl at the counter agreed to make an exception and get them cleaned for free. I brought in a duvet set and short jacket to dry clean using my $25 coupon. The cost was $33 for the duvet and $6.75 for the jacket. Since I was using another coupon for my alterations (Nancy is the best!) I could not use both so still had time. I returned and had the the above dry cleaned and applied the $25 coupon.
