I have had issues in the past with poor dry cleaning services so I tried Kona Cleaners out with a small order initially and was very pleased with the results. I am so used to having to point out specific stains to have them tagged with red tape at all other dry cleaners and when I started to point out stains here, the lady told me "Oh honey, you don't need to do that--that's our job". Staff is always nice, everything is always done right, there is nothing to complain about.
Ever increasing prices are causing me to re-think dry cleaning vs throwing away and buying new. Every time, I pay the equivalent of retail in dry cleaning expense. When it costs $20 to clean a $20 item, it's time to draw the line.
