Warm and helpful people. Best dry cleaners I have ever been to. Open convient hours and great service. Jasmine and Yvette are always great and very helpful. Very happy with the services Kona Cleaners provides.
I really love KONA cleaners-they are efficient and very invested in providing the best customer service. Jasmine is so sweet and accommodating -and all the staff ensure your order is correct. I have had many items altered there (including a bathing suit that no other cleaners would alter) and I'm always satisfied. They are open later so I can drop my items off in the AM and pick up on my way home from work. Parking is easy...and prices are VERY reasonable...

First time customer to Kona and this won't be the last time. Both times I went, Jazmine assisted me. Fast, friendly and courteous service with a smile. Brought in shirt and a suit pant that were both stained. Was happy to see the stains came out. Thanks Kona!

When I dropped our drapes off, the clerk was informative and the process was fast. I love the fact that Kona has a website to check the status of my dry cleaning and I know right away when I can pick up my order. I called ahead to put my credit card on file, so it was really fast to pick up my order. My receipt was e-mailed to me which was great as well for my expensing the job.

Service is always very friendly no matter who is on the register. Our clothes always are ready very promptly and look wonderful. It's a longer drive for us to get to the cleaners but was not happy with the service that was available in our immediate neighborhood. So we tried Kona and have been very pleased with it since. They did a wonderful job with our Chinese quilt as well. Plan in the future to entrust them with our down comforter. Mahalo!
