I brought a quilt in for cleaning, and when I got it home found that it was damaged. Several seems had come open, and much of the batting was displaced. I called that night and was told a manager would call the next day. I didn’t hear back and called again about a week later. I was told again that a manager would call back, and I still have never been contacted. This should have been noticed when the quilt was being cleaned and addressed while I was in the store.
I brought 2 items in, both with obvious stains on them but ones that i got out on my own after I had picked them up and they looked exactly how they did when i dropped them off. Dirty. I took them to the cleaners because i didn’t want to mess them up cleaning them on my own but I easily got the stains out of them and wasted my money there.
I came in a week a after I dropped off the garment and was told that it wasn't cleaned. Later on that day I received a call that the dress actually had been cleaned, they had just misplaced it. When I drove back to pick it up, I noticed that there were stains on the back. The dress is currently being recleaned. The staff that worked with me was very understanding and pleasant. I'm just very disappointed with the quality of cleaning and organization of Elite.
Lost my items and did not find them till over 3 weeks later. Finally got my things and they had an odor.
I carefully selected a dry cleaning business with the best reviews and drove 45 minutes, 21 miles because I wanted my daughters white formal steamed and straightened. I dropped it off on a Friday where a gentleman checked it in and said it would be done Monday. I drove back on Tuesday and it was hanging there not done and they didnt even know who it belonged to... Please remove stains totally from dark color coat. It can still be seen although you have taken some of it out. Same thing happened last year and it had to be redone which was a waste of our time. No time to redo it as my son had to leave.
Spelled my name wrong. Didn't get the $10 credit stated in letter.
No tickets. No way to show you didn’t get all your Items. Poor value since I now have to replace the 1/2 suit I have left with a new one. Will not return.
I did not receive a call when any of my items were done. Items were anywhere from 3 days late to over 2 weeks late.
