The 1st time went fine. The 2nd time they didn't deliver my clothes back when promised. They were supposed to bring back my clothes on the Wed before Christmas & they never showed up. I called the manager the following Mon & asked him to hold my clothes while I was out of town & he said that he would. Well, they delivered my order while I was out of town anyway. I took in two Ralph Lauren tiered prairie shirts to be repaired. I was VERY specific about NOT wanting them cleaned--just repaired. (The fabrics are delicate and the dry cleaning process is tough on any fabric.) You guessed it, they cleaned them. Does anyone know of a cleaner's that can follow SIMPLE instructions?

Asked to use a coupon that was freely available (and displayed prominently) on both the website and the Facebook site, when I mentioned it the gentleman at the front desk told me shouldn't allow it, but he'll let it pass this time. Dropped off my clothes came to pick it up the next day and look pretty terrible only the collars were pressed nicely, the suit jacket looked almost worse than before. I liked the pick-up and delivery service. I had spoken with someone at your office about paying by check. He said that was fine. I asked him to have the driver ring the doorbell when delivering the cleaning so I could pay and to drop off a price list. He assured me that he would do so. The clothes arrived OK but no doorbell was rung and no price list dropped off. So I used a stamp and mailed my payment. Not a good start.

Dry Cleaning was picked up within 30 minutes of calling. Returned 3 days later. Quality meets my standards. I wish there was a way to set up pick up and delivery options via website instead of calling in as I was directed to several people and had to give CC info over phone. However, now that I am set up I think it will be very easy.

Horrible service. Couldn't get a water mark off a suit. Went to pick it up after they redid the items there were still marks. Second time in a row this has happened. Was offered no refund and no discount. I will not be back and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Medium starch was extreme, ask for light. Part of order was not ready when I was told it would be, so I had to make two trips to retrieve one order. People very friendly and tried to be helpful at the Springdale location. We use cleaning service weekly and the prices are fair at Elite.
