Asked for heavy starch...it was light. One pair of jeans left in Fayetteville, had to drive downtown to pick them up, made us late for a visitation. Once before gave my husband's jeans to someone else and gave his to the other man. Neither could wear the others and my husband wore a pair too big for him to a funeral. Not happy so probably won't be back.
Price is right, premium service. Pick up and drop off for basically same price as Old Towne. Benchmark picks up and delivers at my work for much cheaper but they lose my clothes, batch them with other people's stuff, and often my clothes would come back smelling like they were sitting wet for days. Everything was fine except no starch in my shirts but that was my fault. I wasn't at home when the driver picked up. I was so used to my cleaners knowing what I do that I didn't think about it. Just a moving mistake..Mine. Thank You
Cleaning-wise, I'm very satisfied. I also like the delivery. However, this is the 2nd time you have emailed me a 15% discount and the 2nd time it was not applied. This time I found it in the bag so I guess you never saw it. Not sure if I need to pin it to a shirt or what? I will say this, whenever there is an issue, you do step up and make it right. That is great customer service. I just wish I didn't have to say anything about the discount. 15% isn't much but if you offer it, I want to take advantage of it.
Clothes were still wrinkled when I got them back. This has happened once in the past 10 times I've been there. Also a little pricey. I'm in the looks for a new cleaners. Friendly people and faces though. Also called in just to make sure everything was ready and I get there and everything is not. All the could do was give me a discount that took a dollar off of a 40.00 cleaner ticket...
Elite is like the Cheers bar. Everyone knows your name and makes you feel welcome. Service is quick and accurate. Cleaning and laundry is always well done.
Unfortunately, our first trip was not good. When we returned to pick up our clothes, one piece was missing initially. Plus, about 9 shirts were brought out with our name on them that were not ours. The employee first tried to tell us that they were ours, but we told her firmly that they were not ours. She was the same employee who took the clothes when I first brought them in. Dropped off 3 pairs of shorts to be taken up 2" in the waist and 1" in length. I was told they would be done in 7 days and that i could pick them up then. Returned 9 days later to find out my shorts weren't ready. Returned two days later and they were ready. Charged a total of $61. Just short of the total amount I paid for all 3 pairs brand new. Average dry clean that wouldn't attempt to do any extra requests even if I am not refusing to pay more for that. Two of my blazers were dry cleaned and pressed as requested, however, I also had a dress... It used to have plisse folds wayy before I took it to this place, however they fell apart after one hand-wash (it is not supposed to happen to a good quality thing, but apparently it was not the case).
