I was texted to inform me that my clothing was ready for me to pick up and only one was ready and the second one wasn’t only to find out they would check on it and get back with me, haven’t heard a thing sad
you send me the text but there’s not a way to reply that yes I have something to pick up, I’ll put stuff out on the front porch in the green bag and it will not be picked up

It was fair service - but i expected more for the price - when i brought my coat home, i had to pass the lint roller over it a few times - i would have expected this to be done at the cleaners - to make sure that the garment looked as perfect as possible and was ready to wear.
I am revising my tr event review to poor because you did not clean my bedspread at all that I brought in on June15 2021. Paloma marked the areas that needed attention but when I got it back just prior to leaving on a trip the marks were still on it AS WELL AS RESIDUE FROM THE STICKERS SHE APPLIED TO SHOW THE LOCATIONS. The spread was evidently cleaned with the markers still on it because there is now a sticky residue from the stickers as well. This can only be caused by extreme heat melting the adhesive. Your staff is very friendly and competent. I especially liked interacting with Paloma! Also, you always manage to handle my cleaning needs with care.
I was told that my suit would be ready by noon the following day. When I arrived to pick it up, two pieces of my sui were missing and the location I left them at had no clue where the other pieces were. They thought that they might have been sent to another location. I had to drive to the second location and hope my things were there. Fortunately they were. Have been very disappointed the past three months! First a shirt was send back with stains that wasn’t there when I took it in to cleaners. I took it back and it somehow got “ misplaced” for two months. Next I was charged for cleaning a shirt that was to be laundered with six other shirts. I told staff and they said they would take charge off next bill. I was also charged for cleaning another shirt within the next two weeks.
