I was shocked how high the pricing is. My son took n my clothes and was going to Four Seasons. They’ve always done an amazing job and we’re priced so fairly. I paid more to have shirts pressed and clean than the actual prices of the shirts themselves. My son saw the sign on the four seasons and that’s y he used you. The cleaners constantly smells like smoke and my clothes came home from the cleaners smelling like smoke.

Abigail, I apologize for your experience. We did recently clean a lot of clothing for a family who had a house fire. We cleaned everything in an attempt to salvage what we could from their loss. The items were cleaned completely separately from everything else. There should not have been a way for the smell to transfer, but anything is possible. One of the shirts had so much starch it was unwearable and I had to send it back to be redone…also not happy with a $2 price increase per laundered shirt…for heaven sake, it’s not even dry cleaned! I will be on the lookout for another more affordable cleaner asap!

Sylvia, I am sorry for your issues. Starch can be very tricky. You can take 5 shirts cleaned in the same load with the same amount of starch, and all 5 can feel like they have different amounts of starch. Basically, some items hold more starch than others. Item was not ready by date I was given. Items could not be found. I was told to return later.
Too expensive. I paid $30.00 to have a polyester filled comforter washed. I will not return.

Mark, the coupon I believe you are referring to is 50% off of shirts. I checked your last order, and it did have the coupon applied to the shirts. You also had pants that would not have applied with that coupon. I will honor the 50% off the pants as well. I will apply the difference to your account. The difference is $8.59. Lost a pair of pants but charged for cleaning service. Now I am waiting over 2 weeks on 10 table cloths to be laundered.
Item intended for dressing the body at my Father's funeral was lost. I continued to receive emails asking me to pickup the item and pay for the cleaning bill. When I arrived after traveling (38 miles round trip), I was told that it was still lost but I would continue to receive emails requesting pickup and payment until I actually picked it up. I requested contact to resolve issue but got none. Just more emails telling me it was available for pickup even though it was still lost.
