The dry cleaning of the clothes was just as good as any. I went to Elite for the first time because of a coupon I received in the mail from nwasupershopper. I know in my heart it said 1.99 for pants limit 10. I would not have bothered to take in a coupon for 3.29 (anyone that knows me would concur). I did find it odd when I was asked for the coupon at drop off, but I'm mostly irritated didn't listen to my gut to keep it until pick up. This was my first visit to your business. I have a black wool coat that I brought to be cleaned because it was covered in lint and fuzz, I dropped it off on 8/2 and picked it up on 8/5. When I got home I took the coat out of its bag to find that it was still covered in lint and fuzz, it doesn't seemed to have been cleaned at all other than smelling a bit more fresh. The driver who picked up my dry cleaning did not note my address. Our dry-cleaning was picked up on a Tuesday and was not returned on Friday. I had to call elite. I spoke to Andrea ? on a few occasions and she was very nice and had great follow up. I had not provided my payment info, which was the hold up on the return of our clothing. You said that you would have my dry cleaning done by 8 am. I came at 9:30 am, 90 minutes of time to spare, and it still wasn't ready.

I sent a comforter for cleaning Monday Feb 22, it is now Friday night Feb 26 and my comforter has not been returned. So I'm unhappy.

New customer. Took a while for employee to type in my new info. Didn't receive a call when items were ready; comforter was clean when received. Parking situation outside is not ideal. Also, I wasn't quite sure what time they closed; website says one thing and the door is missing #s?

I specifically asked that several shirts be heavily starched and a couple of others be ironed using no starch. As it turns out, none were starched. AWESOME... Elite isn't cheap and that's fine, but you'd think that Elite could get my order correct for as much as they charge. This was my first time going, off to a very bad start. Only getting 1 star because I can't give 0.
