I don't want to deal with kiosk and have to set up an account. I just want to drop off my laundry and pick it up with a basic level of customer service.
Over priced for mid quality service
By far the worst customer service I have had with Elite Cleaners. I no longer use this company. I have switched to a company that actually returns your calls. Pearl, the manager, has no business managing any company. I called 3 times asking for the owner to call me back. He never called me. That speaks volumes. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and giving a review online. All of that could have been avoided, if someone had just picked up a phone and called me.
You can check my Yelp review from yesterday for the details, but the short of it is that the stains on my jacket were just as visible as they were when I dropped it off. When I pointed this out to the man at the counter, he merely said, "Well, I'm sure they tried their best." He did not say anything further. This was unfortunate, because my experiences prior to this had been entirely positive. This is why I came to your business for several years. My suit was 2 weeks late from when i needed it. Very poor communication with seamstress.
Everything ran on schedule haven’t had a chance to look at cleaning.

When I bring cloths to Elite, the clothes are of course, clean when I pick them up. My last visit I brought a sport jacket that had a collar that needed to be pressed down so that the fabric beneath the collar did not show. The gentleman with whom I dealt said that it could be done. I said that if the collar could not be fixed, then I don't even want to have the jacket cleaned, because I would not wear it in its current condition. I was assured that this was an easy fix. The prices for dry cleaning the shirts, slacks, and suit jacket was reasonable. BUT… charging $7.51 per tie for dry cleaning… was OUTRAGEOUS!!! I had 4-ties dry cleaned… @ $7.51 per tie… OUTRAGEOUS!!!
