I had 3 business shirts pressed. I had to redo the collar on each as the right side was pressed at an odd angle the arms were also poorly done, heavy wrinkles pressed into the shoulders and upper arms. Very disappointing first experience.

Very easy to drop off and pick up. Price for a comforter was less than the other place I have taken mine to before. Only thing that I was bummed about was the friendliness of the staff. I seemed to be an inconvience to the girl when I dropped off my stuff. Never been there before, so she had to put my info in. This required her to get off a phone call that was obviously not business. Otherwise, very fast turn around and I will use you again.

Would never do business here again. The staff made a huge mistake on my acct and ended up costing me over $200 in cleaners!! Then told me they would file collections on me for their mistake and never would let me talk to the owner about the issue. Horrible place.

I brought two Pendleton fine wool jackets in that my late husband had purchased in the past few years. One was terribly damaged. It had only been worn twice and the sleeves were all chewed up like it got caught in a machine. The wool was pressed too hard and almost seemed to be burned on other areas of the jackets. The other jacket was pretty much the same story. I will never use your cleaners again. The jackets looked much better before they came through your shop.

Brought in vintage item with age stains. Charged a lot for the cleaning and notice absolutely no change in the stains.

Did NOT get the stains out of the pants I sent in! My son got two small drops of ice cream on his black pants and one of the spots came out mostly, and the other not so much. I didn't even look at the pants until I got home. I would have thought if they couldn't get the stains out, they would have at least let me know. Also, it was just ice cream, so it should have come out easily. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Comforter was not even cleaned. Stain still on it that I got out with a wet paper towel. Padding inside was all messed and it won't lay flat now, as well as multiple holes/rips in the fabric. Luckily, my suit jackets weren't ripped, just a poor ironing job.

Terrible. Overpriced! Who charges $16 for a hem without pressing or cleaning? I lived in New York for years and never paid more than $8 for a hem with much better results. You guys are thiefs. Will never go there again.
