No fire smell at all
I keep getting emails stating my order is ready. My order was delivered to me weeks ago.
These were delivered to my door.
Driver didn't show up today. I had my clothes out before 7:30 am so I'm sure I didn't miss him.

I am currently trying to recoup at least part of my money for a Ralph Lauren comforter that was being cleaned for the FIRST time and they ruined it! Only a few months old and now is faded, lumpy and has a 2 inch tear in the fabric! 😡Now they are refusing to reimburse me at all and telling me “it happens sometimes” and that I signed a waiver when I left it with them. Over priced and gave my jacket back still covered in lint and hair
Worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. They lost one of my expensive blankets and when I asked to be reimbursed they didn't want to give me the full amount for the blanket. They also lost a few of my friend's clothes too. Do not use Elite cleaners in the NWA area unless you want them to lose your things and not pay you back. I would give them no stars if that were an option.
