Had my coat sent off 2 weeks ago, for alterations. They contacted me and said it was ready. Nice, because the cold weather just started. Go to pick it. They didn’t do all the alterations I requested, and they didn’t even dry clean it like I requested. Now I’m having to wait yet another 2 weeks, to see if they do everything I asked for the first time. Wouldn’t recommend, for this reason. Guess I’ll see how much they charge me for this. Maybe I should charge them for my time they have wasted.
I dropped off my order on Friday afternoon and was assured by staff that they would be ready on either Saturday afternoon or Monday morning at the latest. I did not get my clothes until 3PM on Monday, the day I needed to leave town early in the morning.
Dropping off and picking up we’re great. But when I picked up my clothes, I had a stain on my white blazer with pen. I know for a fact this pen mark was not on the clothes at the point of dropping off. 100 percent knew it wasn’t on the item. Will not be returning.
Collar grim often remains. I have taken to washing my shirts at home before dropping them off. Pressing is amazing. Washing leaves much to be desired.
I dropped off three shirts to have a button removed and replaced with a button hole. I was told I would have the shirts back in a week. But the shirts were not ready to until 4 weeks later. After picking up the shirts I noticed when I had already brought them home that the button that was requested to be removed was still there and not replaced with a button hole. I am not even sure what was done, if anything.
I brought in many button down shirts for my husband for cleaning and was charged over $60 because the work shirts had a logo. Had we have known the crazy charge for his work shirts, we wouldn’t have had them cleaned. We’ve not been back.

You guys have always been great, but ever since you installed the automated service I have had items returned to me damaged, twice now. Not sure what’s going on but it does give me doubts about using the new system.

Andrea, can you please describe or send a picture of what kind of damage occurred? I appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. I am guessing this is just a coincidence that it happened after the installation of the kiosk, or a untrained staff member who did not catch it. Either way it doesn't matter, it should not have happened. I would like to able to see what the damage was so we can address no matter where it came from, and hopefully avoid it in the future.
