Left a stain on a slip cover I brought in. Receptionist shrugged and said they didn't guarantee stain removal.
I gave 2 Jeans but I only got one back. Could you please check if you do have a size 36 blue jean, Citizens of Humanity brand.

Just opened this order and I have 11 items and 2 of the 11 are not mine. I will return to store tomorrow at 7 am and hope my pieces are there.
