Last order there was a pair of pants missing, asked to be called when found, never got a call. Stopped in a few days later, waited while they looked, no pants. Next day called Manager, she found them, that was 3 visits for same item, very frustrating.

I was told my dry cleaning would be ready the next day at 5:30PM when I arrived to pick it up I was told that there was a delay, it would take another day and that someone should had called me to notify me of the delay. When I did pick up my dry cleaning there was still a stain on one of the dresses and it had to be sent back for a do over.

A couple of comments: 1. I always ask for sweaters folded over hangers and 90% of the time, I do not get my sweaters folded over hangers. And the instructions are often even stapled onto the clothing! It's very frustrating. 2. When hanging any blazers, shirts, I recommend bending the sides of the hangers so that they accommodate my small shoulders. Otherwise, the fabric gets pulled by the wire right below the shoulders.

I had to return my suit for cleaning again. Was cleaned very badly and the stains were visible. I was able to scrape my credit card and remove the stains myself. I expected much better quality for the price and the location.

I arrived to pick up my items for which I had received email confirmation indicating that they were ready. When I arrived, the person behind the desk found two of my items, but struggled to find the other two. She finally found the third item after 10 minutes of looking, but asked me to return later for the fourth and final item as she could not locate it. I have been a long time client, I have one issue that has been constant . . . It's a small issue but impacts us. Usually my husband has his shirts laundered with extra starch and on hangers. He travels frequently so when he does I ask that his shirts be folded with extra starch. I have dropped them off with notes on the exterior of the bag, leave notes inside the bag, wrap the shirts in rubber bands with notes. The people working the front desk are lovely and helpful. I wish I could give separate stars for them, because they'd get 5. But the price per pound is WAY to high. Granted, I just moved from NYC where it's 80 cents per lb (but you also get it same-day). I feel you're taking advantage of the fact that you're not surrounded by other launderers. It's a shame. Also, I wanted a bed skirt pressed and was given a time frame of 2 weeks. Again, that's insane.

The stain from my dress wasn't removed. There's a tag on it that says that you're still aware of the stain and that it couldn't be further removed. I'm quite certain my other dry cleaner would be able to get this out. The dress fabric is not likely to be destroyed by removing this stain. Seems a bit overpriced for the mediocre result.
