EVERY time I pick up my dry cleaning there is an issue; either the launder my tuxedo shirts or give me the wrong price quote. I have ONLY brought my tuxedo and/or pleated and cuffed tuxedo shirts to this cleaners and they make a mistake EVERY time! They always try and make it my fault. I only came because I won a $100 dollar gift card in a silent auction. The card has @ $8.00 left but I am NEVER returning to this business again. Too expensive. Hours close too early. They didn’t follow my instructions to press the suit’s lapel. Will not return and not recommend
I was asked to check my dry cleaned clothes.
Stains did not remove completely
This was the worst dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I dropped some wedding items to get pressed (not even dry cleaned) and they said it would be a 24 hour return time. When we hadn’t heard anything after 2 days my fiancé called and they said everything was done with the exception of my wedding dress that they sent to get “detailed” even though that’s not what we asked for. Pants were fine but my white blouse was not pressed properly-a complete waste of time and money. I won’t bring blouses or any pressing to you again
Clothes always look great. I would like it if a new slip was placed along with receipt. That doesn’t happen any more and it makes it inconvenient to drop off after hours.
I have now used dependable twice. The first time, you did not get my garment clean. Second time, you charge me $40 to shorten the sleeves on the jacket by half an inch. Employee who assisted me on the second occasion promise to have the manager of the store call me. You never did. Your prices are excessive and your service is very poor! I will take my business elsewhere.
My clothes were lost and I waited about 3 weeks for them to be found. The store kept telling me that I didn't drop them off even though I knew exactly when they were dropped. I was extremely disappointed with the so-called "VIP service". I will not be returning to this store.
