I am missing an item.
Very bad experience. Canada goose jacket was sent for dry clean and home delivery. More than 3 weeks and the jacket I didn’t it and I end up taking the jacket from the store myself.
First time using your service. My 2 blouses were promised Friday; They were not ready. Told maybe Monday, prob Tuesday. Had planned to wear one of the blouses to an event Saturday. Not at all satisfied. Plus, requested husbands dress shirt folded. Came back on a hanger. Terrible.
Comparing the price of my alterations to what they were pre Covid I was upset..... it seems that the prices have been raised 15-20% to make up for your lost income. Needless to say.... I will find a more economical alternative
My very sentimental sweater was shrunk and I can not longer wear it
Tailor did not know how to take measurements to hem my dress. Nor did he know how to actually hem a dress made of knit fabric. When taking measurements, the tailor told me he didn’t have a yardstick. He simply guessed and eyed the length which he secured with safety pins in front and back. I was concerned but thought this was a new method and hoped he knew what he was doing. Turns out he didn’t. I had my pea coat dry cleaned at the 110 Newbury Street, Boston, MA and when I returned to pick it up my coat was given to somebody else. This was fine because I understand mistakes happen. The follow up was REALLY poor. This to me points to general poor management and culture of poor customer service. I had to follow up myself days later (I was told I would get a follow up call) to find out the status and it took them awhile to know who I was. My shirt got to the store very late and so i was 40 minutes late to work
EVERY time I pick up my dry cleaning there is an issue; either the launder my tuxedo shirts or give me the wrong price quote. I have ONLY brought my tuxedo and/or pleated and cuffed tuxedo shirts to this cleaners and they make a mistake EVERY time! They always try and make it my fault. I only came because I won a $100 dollar gift card in a silent auction. The card has @ $8.00 left but I am NEVER returning to this business again.
