I dropped a sweater off on Monday to take advantage of 25% off sale. I had already brought two two tops in a couple of days before so, I asked the woman if I would get the 25% off on this sweater too. She said yes. When I picked up everything I did not receive 25% off the item I was told would be discounted. The woman didn’t apologize at all and is never friendly. The service was extremely poor. The person who delt with me was very rude and the dry cleaning for my suit ran late, thus I was late to an event myself.

I brought three shirts to be laundered and four sweaters to be dry-cleaned on Friday evening, so I could pick them ALL up on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. When I went to pick them up around 5:45, one of the sweaters (which had no special cleaning issues) wasn't going to be in the store until around 7:00 p.m., or, in other words, closing time. I previously gave it a 5-Star review on my first visit. I"m changing it to a 1-Star review. I expected to pay more for their laundry wash and fold service. Yes, it was a fast turnaround. Yes, it was nicely done. Yes, it is a clean, nice looking store, technologically efficient. But if I'm going to pay top price for laundry, I expect the staff to be trained in "good manners" and how to "greet customers" appropriately, My first drop off experience was pretty good. I'd like to give them about a 3 1/2 or 4 because I brought in two items at the same time and the young woman concerned me for a little while because she couldn't find one of them--she finally found it. Other than that the place seemed to be mostly OK I guess.

I had a difficult paint stain to get out of a very expensive jacket. I dropped off my jacket for a consultation to see if treating it would damage the jacket in any way as I was worried that the jacket would either be ruined and I'd have to pay the cost anyway, or that the stain was not removable and I'd eat the cost of dry cleaning. Don’t be fooled by the name, this cleaner is not “dependable.” My washer/dryer recently broke mid-wash, so after doing some research and seeing the great reviews online, I dropped 2 loads of laundry off for the wash and fold service. When I went to pick up my clothes, I waited for nearly an hour, as they were unable to find my laundry anywhere in their back room.
