You have a wonderful group of employees who delight me each and every time I drop by. No wonder I give you a large bag of Christmas truffles from Lindt Chocolatier every year.
I have requested numerous times that my sweaters be hung not folded. Yet, when I pick up my order, there are the sweaters, tightly wrapped around cardboard, covered in plastic bag. When sweaters are packaged that way, they need to be ironed before wearing. What does it take to get my message in your system?
