The stain from my dress wasn't removed. There's a tag on it that says that you're still aware of the stain and that it couldn't be further removed. I'm quite certain my other dry cleaner would be able to get this out. The dress fabric is not likely to be destroyed by removing this stain. Seems a bit overpriced for the mediocre result.

You should consider changing your name to Undependeable. I left some shirts to be laundered early in the morning before my upcoming trip. When I dropped them off, the clerk said they would be ready the next day at 5:30. I said "no, I need them by the end of the day, bacuse I am going on a trip". She said, "ok, no problem". I stopped by at 6:45 PM to pick them up and half the shirts were not ready. She looked in the computer and said eth shirts were finished but they were not delivered. They are usually quite good, but my last order came back and all of the cloths smelled dirty and one even had a stain on it. It looks like they just pressed them with an iron after I dropped them off and handed them back to me.

Really quite uneventful, though I did use my $10.00 reward coupon and found out, for the first time I might add, that the coupon must be used when dropping off one's cleaning. I informed the clerk that this was the first time I had heard this information. I find this policy negative and down right predatory towards customers. If one earns a reward,why not be able to use it at your discretion, not as a tool to lure your customer back into the shop. While you have a great turnaround time, I was disappointed in your customer service and will likely be finding a new company to do my dry cleaning. I recently received an e-mail advertising your climate controlled vault, at the bottom of which was a coupon for "15% OFF Dry Cleaning savings for Joseph". The body of the e-mail also said "Bring in the coupon below and save 15% on your next dry cleaning order, from now through June 10th, 2015".
