I was very impressed with the prompt pickup and delivery
Awesome and quick service.
My wife's down jacket got spoiled with lot of butter/oil spots. Blame it on the movie popcorn! Dependable got the spots removed and the jackets looks like new. These down jackets cannot be dry cleaned; hence it was tough to clean them. But these guys got it right for sure.
It's very congenial and efficient every time.
Everyone at front counter was eager to help; I always enjoy seeing Neida.
This was my first time using both Dependable Cleaners and the Galen Street location. I was dropping off a wool winter coat and expecting to pick it up several days later. But the cashier informed me it would be ready that same day! The coat looks great, the speed of service was amazing and getting an email notification when it was ready as the icing on the cake.

Always pleased with service at Dependable. The quality of work is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful, and order is ready on time. Only reason for 4 stars is the prices seem to be high even with the $10.00 credit offered after so many orders.
