My experience is always positive. It would be helpful to have a notification once the cleaning has been picked up, because for me we don't realize it's not picked up until we are looking for the delivery on Thursday. Customer service has been tremendous.

I had to bring in tremendous amounts of clothing, linen, draperies for dry-cleaning and clothes for washing due to a flood in my apartment. Everyone who dealt with me at your Galen St. shop could not have been more helpful. I am most appreciative of the help in figuring out what was to be laundered and what could be dry cleaned. I have been using Dependable Cleaners for 3 years because I am pleased with the quality of clothing care, and the helpfulness of the staff. As a comment for improvement: 80% of the time I want my shirts on hangers, but sometimes when I identify some shirts to be put flat in bags, they still come back on hangers. Overall your store in Watertown is well-managed and the working staff are engaging and knowledgeable. Also, you decorate the store in a pretty way suitable to the seasons.
