I don't know how you can charge eight dollars to do one shirt, shame on you!! There is nothing you could say that would justify that cost. Again SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

I had my pea coat dry cleaned at the 110 Newbury Street, Boston, MA and when I returned to pick it up my coat was given to somebody else. This was fine because I understand mistakes happen. The follow up was REALLY poor. This to me points to general poor management and culture of poor customer service. I had to follow up myself days later (I was told I would get a follow up call) to find out the status and it took them awhile to know who I was. I asked for zipper replacement, only slide was replaced. I specifically daub I did not want it dry cleaned but it was done . I thought 28.86 was a bit high. And I never received a receipt.

I was very unhappy with communication regarding my dry cleaning (there wasn’t any). It wasn’t ready when I was told it would be, but because of the poor service I was not charged. That shows positive customer service.

Brought in my down comforter stained through the duvet .cover. Original turn around time was 1 week. I received an email in 3 days that my comforter was ready for pickup. I am so appreciative as the nights have been so cold. The comforter is clear of stains. Both young women I interacted with were very customer friendly. Although I live closer to the Dependable cleaners on Hancock Strret I prefer the all around service at this location.

I put an order through this passed week containing one gray blazer and one pair of black men's dress pants and I saw my receipt when I got home which read I had 3 pieces in my order and charged me for cleaning a 2 piece suit ?

I received a 25% off dry cleaning coupon by mail from you. It expired on Dec 31 2019. I brought in a child’s small comforter (less than twin size!) on Dec 29th and showed the staff the coupon on my phone. I picked the comforter up yesterday (Jan 8) and was denied the offer. I paid almost $27 for the cleaning even though I showed the staff my coupon again. They said they wd take care of it and then charged me full price. I just moved to the area and received your 50% discount coupon. When I dropped off my clothes and told the girl about the discount and handed her the coupon. But when I picked up she didn’t apply the discount instead I’m being charged the full price. I asked her and she keep telling me I’m all set and everything is taking care off. This is not a good way to welcome new resident to your area if you do this.
