I was specific with my concerns of the cardboard and hard corse paper causing me to only have to iron clothes after having them dry cleaned. Horrible!!!!

I always come in to get my uniforms military press and my pants done as well. I left with my White shirt completely NOT military pressed and all of my creases are gone. They “forgot” to put the military press tag on my shirt and it ruined it.

There was a stain on my grey coat that not there at dope off and was not removed. This happened before. Found a bleached mark on the pants of my suit. Gave you another chance. After the recent incident, I will not be using your service anymore.

Hi, So here is my experience...Sunday 2/23 was dropping off a navy blazer for my son and 2 shirts.One employee on duty.There was only one woman in front of me with 6 sweaters and 2 shirts.The employee then proceeded to use a hot iron machine to label every item.I stood in line for 18 minutes.Absolutely not efficient and unnecessary. The employee should’ve just used the gun for each shirt so it was registered and then after everyone left she would’ve had plenty of time to use the hot machine on every item. No one called me to tell me my coat was ready and i was told i would get a receipt on my email and nothing at all . The communication was very poor

I dropped my expensive Canada Goose coat off to be Cleaned at your Quincy location and when I went to picked it up on 2/23/2020 I noticed that the coat was a lot lighter then it was when i dropped it off it look like the color was faded and had lumps all through the inside of the coat when I told the clerk about it she said that the coat was not dried completely and they would redo the coat over. Terrible . Assured that the shirt button would be replaced with the original that I provided at drop off . As per usual, it was not . This is certainly not the first time Dependable has been not dependable. You have lost all my business.
