Brought in my down comforter stained through the duvet .cover. Original turn around time was 1 week. I received an email in 3 days that my comforter was ready for pickup. I am so appreciative as the nights have been so cold. The comforter is clear of stains. Both young women I interacted with were very customer friendly. Although I live closer to the Dependable cleaners on Hancock Strret I prefer the all around service at this location.
Although the service was quick after having someone else pick the new bridesmaid dress up for me I returned from work late in the evening to notice the dress had a mark going across the bodice that was not there when it was dropped off. If it wasn’t so late and the wedding wasn’t the next day I would have taken the dress back in the show then the damage
I recently moved to Quincy from Boston. I had a bunch of shirts- one of my largest orders. * To start, I was not greeted , I had thought she was being sassy about my 48+ item’s. I asked for an alteration that wasn't done. No one told me that it wasn't completed until I picked up the garment. The dry cleaning was fine. I won't return. Instead my business will go to smaller dry cleaners in the neighborhood.
The person at the desk was not pleasant when I picked up my order. I will try the other cleaner across the street next time.
Your service with the clothes is only exceeded by the people that work for you in the Adams St location.
There are several cleaners closer to me. I go to dependable because of the way I'm greeted and treated.
I am a retired female who has lived in various places and has patronized many dry cleaners. My recent interaction with DP on Adams St in Quincy has been the WORST experience of a lifetime. The original clerk took a long time to enter the items, several times and always wrong. Subsequently, a "manager" contacted me via cell phone and discussed the price and time frame.
