I am a retired female who has lived in various places and has patronized many dry cleaners. My recent interaction with DP on Adams St in Quincy has been the WORST experience of a lifetime. The original clerk took a long time to enter the items, several times and always wrong. Subsequently, a "manager" contacted me via cell phone and discussed the price and time frame. Last time sweaters had stuff stuck to them They had been pressed up were not clean

Received an email to pick up order and not ready. Drove out of my way and changed plans for nothing. Don't understand why you notify me to come and not have my order. You have misplaced shirts that were not tagged that I needed to look for at this location.
I will not be returning here.
Had a difficult time with an online coupon. Cashier did not want to ring in coupon at time of drop off despite info printed on coupon itself. I had to insist she complete process while I waited. Services may be good but someone needs to train staff to do the right thing. 👎
