I , again, dropped off my clothes. The employee asked me to pay up front.. I told him I would pay when I picked the order up. He got argumentative with me saying how much it cost the owner to pay all the costs of cleaning. He then told me “there’s a 140 orders here that haven’t been payed for”. I understand that’s a problem but not mine. I will be taking my dry cleaning somewhere else so I’m not berated every time. Michael C. Nee 617-519-3627
The service was excellent but the coupon I brought in which was 30% off pants and skirts and the computer wouldn't take the code so I couldn't get the discount. The company should make sure these codes are active. The salesclerk was great but nothing he could do. I'm not sure what the final cost was either. Thank You Gail Schroth

I went to this place last week to clean my two dresses, and yesterday my niece went to picked up the dresses. I was shocked when I got my dresses. My Yellow dress was damaged. It wasn't even Yellow anymore. They ruined my dresses. I can wait to go in person tomorrow to talk to the manager. This is unacceptable . First and last time I will use this company again.
The cleaning was fine, but the 2 jackets were dropped off with very nice wooden hangers which I told the girl working I wanted the hangers to be saved and used again, as my father had been using them for years since the suit's were purchased. This seems like a simple request, and had never had a problem getting them back from anywhere else they were cleaned. The woman at the counter would not take my wedding to be slightly hemmed. There was plenty of time, but she was “waiting for the guy” to come in and tell her. That’s not a way to run an operation.
The coat was still not cleaned still had lint all over
