Service was efficient, professional and friendly
My experience is average compare to the price. I like the the fact I can drop in the morning and get back at my clothes after 5 pm the same day. I couple times I left something in my pockets. my clothe will return with the item in the same location after dry clean. I would expect that each items is properly inspected before cleaning
Everything was great. However the Adams street store isn't always open at 7am. Sometimes they are a little late opening up.

Everyone at this location is absolutely great, professional, caring of my individual needs and always willing to go the extra mile. My only complaint is with main office. I have called twice to try to set up free pickup and delivery. No one has yet to return my calls. I am partially disabled and would love to be able to take advantage of this constantly advertised offer. Thank you.
