As happens more than it should it looked like my coupons were not applied properly. When I asked the person about my receipt and what I was charged for, she had no idea.
Hello, yes my experience at dependable cleaners has always been wonderful. Your tailor on site is outstanding and simply the best tailor in the south shore!! Every time I bring in my blazers, she does an outstanding job in repairing them, you can't even tell they were torn. You also got paint out of one of my jackets that no one else could. As always my items were professionally cleaned pressed and presented to me on time and even though I was three minutes late picking them up the store remained open for me to retrieve them. Thanks.
The staff at Dependables on Adams St In Quincy are very pleasant and helpful and I love the tailor. The only problem is that if you have a problem there never seems to be someone to speak with. The staff indicates that they will relay the message to the appropriate employee but it doesn't seem to go any further than that. I was charged for cleaning when I only wanted the item tailored, which I had indicated when I dropped the item off. The employee told me that they would let the appropriate person know so I could be reimbur... read more

Everyone is always helpful, however I have more than a few times had items go missing And never get them back Employees are very helpful , but still would like to not lose the items

Would not go to any other cleaners. The folks here are not only extremely professional but some of the nicest people I've ever met. Been going to the Adams st location or over 25 years and the service has always been wonderful. They are just what the name says - Dependable. Thank you for your many years of consistent service.
