Received an email to pick up order and not ready. Drove out of my way and changed plans for nothing. Don't understand why you notify me to come and not have my order. You have misplaced shirts that were not tagged that I needed to look for at this location.

Had a difficult time with an online coupon. Cashier did not want to ring in coupon at time of drop off despite info printed on coupon itself. I had to insist she complete process while I waited. Services may be good but someone needs to train staff to do the right thing. 👎

I wasn't very happy with my last cleaning experience here. I dropped off three silk shirts. One came back with a tag, saying they couldn't remove a small stain. When I got home, a second shirt had very small round spots on the front and back like rust? I don't recall the spots being there, but I could be wrong....and the collar was dirty! around the inside. I recently dropped off some shirts and asked that a patterned shirt be spot-treated for a taco sauce stain on the right cuff. I picked up the shirts the next day. When I inspected the shirts upon arriving home, I was pleased that the stain was gone. I was thrilled. But I noticed that a blue card was affixed to a white dress shirt that was in the same batch of shirts that I had just picked up. Staff always nice...but a surprise in my folded shirts...I'm on the road and took out a shirt two wear....grease or some black streaking on the arm of a white shirt...not there when given to Dependable....went to another shirt...same thing...perhaps aproblem with a machine? I'll drop it off Sat. a.m....not worn at all.

My shirts came back to me I'd say below average to other cleaners and also thought it was a bit overpriced. Although, the staff & location were great.

The staff at DC is helpful, friendly and provide great service. I only gave 2 stars b/c I feel I did not get what I expected from my cleaning. I had my uggs cleaned and when I got them back they looked exactly the same. I spent almost $50 and got nothing different There are still stains on the boots. I talked it over with the staff but I know they do not clean them there so it was not their fault. I am unhappy that I paid so much money for nothing.
