The first visit was a suit and the same day turn around was great. Second visit was 6 shirts, a few with dirty collars from not being cleaned in some time. These shirts were still unclean when I got them back. I've gotten this clean myself with some oxyclean so it seems like the effort was not really there. Dissatisfied with the second trip.
1- the young man usually there around 7pm is very kind and helpful. He is the only reason I gave 4 stars 2- I always get my shorts with broken collar like they have been pushed or pressed or didn't get ironed well 3- I have few shirts that collars get buttoned and almost every time they get ironed before buttoning them. So if I try to put tie on and button them, they would stand awkwardly. 4- one of the middle aged lady is very rude and impolite, perhaps she doesn't understand how business is?
You guys have emailed me several times saying that I have a shirt there. I went to pick it up and you were not able to find it. Please look around and find it or have the manager call me at 857.939.1354. Thanks Andres Echeverri
It was okay-- not the service people but a situation that took place and not settled to my satisfaction.
I would definitely check out a different location but I haven't had the best experience at this location. Staff is very friendly and helpful but the actual cleaning of my garments are less than satisfactory. At least one of my items has always been returned with a small stain that was not there previously or with a small hole, rip, or tear.
This shop has slipped. I have been getting back some of my garments with stains. I called the head office, but the district manager never called me back, as I was promised. Crushed buttons and lack of button replacement is a pain, but I can deal with it, but this too is further evidence that the shop has slipped. I am glad that the tailor, when he is off duty, does not leave razor blades on his table anymore...within reaching distance of children. A quick drop off and pick up should not take 10 minutes
The crew lost my pants and shirt. Not good !! Very displeased!!!
Lisa was the the associate who took my transaction. I aksed her to pay by using gift card first, and then credit card. She was not good with computer, applied all charges to my credit card. I told her she made mistake, she talked back with, "You are not listening." and claiming what she did was right. I asked her to leave a note to store manager to call me back on Monday, 6/1/15. But up to now, still nobody called me back.
