It was okay-- not the service people but a situation that took place and not settled to my satisfaction.
I would definitely check out a different location but I haven't had the best experience at this location. Staff is very friendly and helpful but the actual cleaning of my garments are less than satisfactory. At least one of my items has always been returned with a small stain that was not there previously or with a small hole, rip, or tear.
This shop has slipped. I have been getting back some of my garments with stains. I called the head office, but the district manager never called me back, as I was promised. Crushed buttons and lack of button replacement is a pain, but I can deal with it, but this too is further evidence that the shop has slipped. I am glad that the tailor, when he is off duty, does not leave razor blades on his table anymore...within reaching distance of children. A quick drop off and pick up should not take 10 minutes
The crew lost my pants and shirt. Not good !! Very displeased!!!
Lisa was the the associate who took my transaction. I aksed her to pay by using gift card first, and then credit card. She was not good with computer, applied all charges to my credit card. I told her she made mistake, she talked back with, "You are not listening." and claiming what she did was right. I asked her to leave a note to store manager to call me back on Monday, 6/1/15. But up to now, still nobody called me back.
I am disappointed with the service provided. When I dropped off my clothes I was told I would get a 22% promotional discount or coupon applied. When I came to pick up my clothes, the person who rang me up said that the original staff member did not note that discount on my account. She also said that this particular staff worker had done this to another customer. She said she could not apply the discount, which I find ridiculous, but that she would mention it to her supervisor. For the second time I asked to have my shirts folded for travel and it was not done. This is obviously a reoccuring problem, because when I dropped it off, the CSR said "they ought to see this" and put 2 notes on the order. I had the same problem in East Milton once and a CSR there told me "its not just you, it happens alot." At least in East Milton they offered to fold the shirts for me. It is obvous to me that I cannot go to Dependable when I am planning to travel.
