Everything was great except on of the buttons on my shirts was cracked
The price on the email confirmation did not match the price I was charged. Other than that, everything was fine.
I needed an evening gown pressed for an event that night. Your team was super friendly and helpful. The dress was ready very quickly and looked great. Thank you!
Easy and good experience. Everything was cleaned and folded nicely within the time frame they mentioned. Nothing was lost or damaged, and prices were reasonable. The only glitch was I specified folded and bagged to avoid hangers and plastic, and it still came on hangers and plastic. Simple mistake though that I'm sure won't be repeated. Staff always seemed to be productive around the shop but made sure to not keep customers waiting and the interactions were just fine. I will definitely return for my dry cleaning needs.
First time customer and the service was fabulous!
I came in with a pair of slacks to have cleaned , was greeted by a lovely lady who was friendly & expedited my request quickly & informed me my order r would be ready the next day after 5pm . Can't ask for more than that. Will be happy to use Dependable Cleaners again
