Why is your survey so damned annoying
I just open the Carpet is not what i was expected for $120 dollar to clean my carpet very poor job still very dirt i didn’t see any difference that’s so sad doesn’t worth that money i rent a machine and do by myself very disappointed
Not so great... I had a white jeans that was kept because of stain (they said). I was charged 18 bucks and the jeans was returned to me yes without stains but dirty... I love you guys, but last job was terrible

Hi, So here is my experience...Sunday 2/23 was dropping off a navy blazer for my son and 2 shirts.One employee on duty.There was only one woman in front of me with 6 sweaters and 2 shirts.The employee then proceeded to use a hot iron machine to label every item.I stood in line for 18 minutes.Absolutely not efficient and unnecessary. The employee should’ve just used the gun for each shirt so it was registered and then after everyone left she would’ve had plenty of time to use the hot machine on every item. I dropped my expensive Canada Goose coat off to be Cleaned at your Quincy location and when I went to picked it up on 2/23/2020 I noticed that the coat was a lot lighter then it was when i dropped it off it look like the color was faded and had lumps all through the inside of the coat when I told the clerk about it she said that the coat was not dried completely and they would redo the coat over. Brought in my down comforter stained through the duvet .cover. Original turn around time was 1 week. I received an email in 3 days that my comforter was ready for pickup. I am so appreciative as the nights have been so cold. The comforter is clear of stains. Both young women I interacted with were very customer friendly. Although I live closer to the Dependable cleaners on Hancock Strret I prefer the all around service at this location.
Although the service was quick after having someone else pick the new bridesmaid dress up for me I returned from work late in the evening to notice the dress had a mark going across the bodice that was not there when it was dropped off. If it wasn’t so late and the wedding wasn’t the next day I would have taken the dress back in the show then the damage
