Asked for no creases on jeans. Continuously happens.
Three pieces of clothibg are missing. No one wanted to look for them. I am looking to go to another cleaners.
This is the second time they have ruined my uniform top. The top is zipper and the zippers either break or don't zip up because the crushed them closed. In addition, i have asked that they starch behind the patch and the continue to center crease. Not sure where the disconnect is.
I brought 2 identical shirt, one starched and one not starched. Still Very wrinkled and it’s not the first time.
I had a white fluffy bedspread that was used all winter. It was stained with body oil along the top edge. Your folks got ALL the stains out. GOOD JOB
Pricing was not as quoted and hem on one pair of pants the hem will need to be redone.
You did a good job on my pants but, the shirts were terrible. I will take them back.
I requested my pants be laundered and heavy starched but someone decided to dry clean one of them and of course no starch without asking me.
The cost for alterations for the dress were not accurately provided when dropped off. Told $12 for hems and the charge was $25. Will not do that again.
